Hansa Careers is a European recruitment agency operating in a digital-first model. Our headquarters are located in Tallinn, Estonia, and we provide services across the European Union and the European Economic Area.

The agency was established in response to the growing workforce demand across Europe and the need for recruitment processes that are transparent, well-structured, and fully compliant with applicable legal regulations. From the outset, our goal has been to combine operational simplicity with high standards of quality and responsibility.

We provide recruitment services without charging any fees to candidates, in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the principles of fair recruitment.
